In March 2022, I hosted my second Sophie’s Supper Club with The Brasserie. I am always so impressed by the passion, commitment and quality of the experience delivered by the students, as well as the friendly, welcoming service from those working front of house.

The students produced an excellent menu for the supper club which went down a treat with the guests. A special mention is needed for the incredible, melt in the mouth beef rib that was served at the event!

The whole evening couldn’t have happened without the team at The Brasserie. They worked really hard to ensure that the evening ran smoothly. The Catering students delivered flawless food and the Hospitality students provided a friendly service.

It is always a pleasure to work with the team and students at The Brasserie and I look forward to working with them again!

I loved The Brasserie, the quality of food was outstanding, and the service was impeccable. They are an AA Rosette College. Expect Michelin style food from the student chefs at around 15% of the price.
